What is air suspension system and what is the purpose of usage?

Air Suspension systems are used to minimize bad/negative road condition effects to the vehicle and give comfort and safety to both drivers/passangers and the load. The system is used both under the vehicle on axels and on the cabins. For further details please visit products page.

What are the types of air suspension systems?

There are mainly 3 categories; suspension air springs, cabin airsprings (included seat air springs) and convoluted air springs. For further details please visit products page.

What are the working conditions of air suspension systems?

Air suspension systems are working under maximum 7 bar pressure and bewtween the temperature -40C and +70C. Out of all these specs, air springs lose their functions. For further details please visit products page.

What is clutch and how does it work?

Clutch is the system which is on duty of transmitting the rotary form movement of a part of a track to an other part on the same axis or of stopping this movement being transmitted. Used in motor vehicles, including motor, gearbox, clutch connected between the axis of the crankshaft and the engine and the gearbox provides the transmission of motion at any time, even though the engine continued to run, stop the transmission of the movement. Briefly;

• The first movement of the motor during movement of the vehicle wheels passing gradually to ensure smooth passage of the act.
• To change the status of transmission from the engine when the vehicle is in motion to temporarily cut off the gear box, transmission of motion.
• Where necessary, disconnect the driveline, engine power.

What is shock absorber and how does it work?

A shock absorber is a mechanical device designed to smooth out or damp shock impulse, and dissipate kinetic energy. It is a type of dashpot. In a vehicle, shock absorbers reduce the effect of traveling over rough ground, leading to improved ride quality and vehicle handling. While shock absorbers serve the purpose of limiting excessive suspension movement, their intended sole purpose is to damp spring oscillations. Shock absorbers use valving of oil and gasses to absorb excess energy from the springs. Spring rates are chosen by the manufacturer based on the weight of the vehicle, loaded and unloaded. Some people use shocks to modify spring rates but this is not the correct use. Along with hysteresis in the tire itself, they damp the energy stored in the motion of the unsprung weight up and down. Effective wheel bounce damping may require tuning shocks to an optimal resistance.
